Specifications and features:
The total capacity of the tank is 2000L, the working capacity is 1500L. It is vertical cylindrical type, single-walled. The contact parts are made of SS316L and the non contact parts are made of SS304. The inside diameter of the tank is 900mm and the shell height is 2600mm, total height(from top to ground) is 3800mm. The design pressure is 0.6 bar and the design temp is Ambient temp. It is equipped with a bottom-mounted magnetic mixer and the SEW motor reducer, the motor power is 1.5KW, speed range: 150~350rpm. The inside finish is mechanical polishing reaching sanitary grade(Ra≤0.4 micron); the outside finish is mechanical polishing reaching Ra≤0.8 micron.
The tank is also coupled with GEMU discharge valve on the bottom and E+H level sensors.
